massage

Reflexology is a natural noninvasive therapy based on massaging reflex points in the feet, hands and ears and how they correspond to specific muscle groups and organs within the body. The nerve endings in the extremities provide a “map” of the body and when these points are stimulated energy blocks are released so the body can return to its natural state of health and homeostasis.

What are the benefits of Reflexology?

Most people enjoy the benefit of relaxation and improved circulation, but there are many other benefits of reflexology, including:

  • cleansing the body of toxins by stimulating lymphatic circulation
  • bringing the body into balance by promoting homeostasis
  • revitalizing the body’s natural energy
  • Improved sense of wellbeing
  • Tension and pain relief

75 Minute Reflexology Session – $75

A complete reflexology session is performed on both feet. Using a firm pressure, the reflexes are worked according to the client’s requirements. Stress removal is the first priority followed by enhancing circulation. Reflexology sessions are for people of all ages, from the newborn to the elderly, for a general tune-up or to promote better health.
